During the four hour workshop we will:
A round cast iron Dutch oven (5Q or larger)or aluminum roaster pan will both work well.
Here are a few options if you don't already own a pot with a lid.
This Lodge cast iron combo cooker bakes beautiful bread! The shallow lid allows the bread to brown up perfectly.
This lightweight non-stick aluminum roaster pan is what I use. It also bakes beautiful bread without the heavy lifting!
Here is a traditional cast iron pot that will work well. It also has a shallow lid for browning the bread up nicely.
There will also be a few fun beautiful sourdough tools for sale during class, to purchase these items, I accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.
Please note, there are no cancellations once you signup. The prep work involved for these classes takes a massive amount of time. You may send someone in your place if you can't make it. Thanks for understanding! :)

I had so much fun taking Bethany’s Sourdough class! She is so Knowledgeable and so sweet! I wasn’t sure I’d be able to take all that info in but she explains it all so well and lays out everything so simply. My first loaf was amazing and so much fun to design! I can’t wait to make more!
